Terms of order and delivery

In all its operations, the PremiumPetZone online store follows general recommendations related to consumer trade, advertising and marketing. On these pages, you can familiarize yourself with the key principles related to the customership of the PremiumPetZone online store and customer handling.
Ordering from the online store
Products are ordered through the online store. A binding order is created when the customer places the order successfully and receives an order confirmation in their e-mail.

Product availability will be announced when ordering. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product. For sealed products, the right to return only applies to unopened packages.
Minimum order limit
The minimum order limit for the PremiumPetZone online store is €10. This does not include shipping costs.
Clear pricing errors
The PremiumPetzone online store reserves the right to cancel the order if there is a clear pricing error in the online store,
Example:

a normally €100 product is priced at €39
-
the price of the product is stated as €0 or no price has been stated for it at all
In such cases, the incorrect price is so clearly different from the correct price that the customer is considered to understand the error.
Delivery of the order
Once you have accepted your order by pressing the Make order button at checkout, you can no longer change the order you placed in the online store.
You will receive an electronic order confirmation for your accepted order, where you can check your order information. Keep the order confirmation for possible future reference. For example, you can print an order confirmation from the online store. After you have placed your order, it will be processed by the online store.
We are not responsible for technical errors in the online store, typing errors or out of stock products. If the ordered product is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar product of the same level.
Delivery methods and costs

At the moment we have delivery possibility in several European countries. If your country is not listed, please send email to info(at)premiumpetzone.com and we will see if we can deliver to your country.

You can choose the delivery method at the checkout of the online store, which are Pickup, Matkahuolto (parcel machine). You will be sent an arrival notification when your order can be picked up from the parcel machine / Matkahuolto office. All delivery methods except for letter are also trackable, and you will receive a tracking code for Matkahuolto's delivery tracking upon delivery confirmation. When you choose pick-up from the Premium Pet Zone base as the delivery method, you will receive a text message when the order is ready for pick-up.

Changes and returns
You have 14 days to familiarize yourself with the products and make a purchase decision. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving the product.
The products are delivered as customer returns to the PremiumPetZone online store. We do not change products, only return is accepted. The buyer is responsible for the postage incurred by the return. The product to be returned must be unused and in salable condition. You can familiarize yourself with the product as you would in a normal store. Please remember to return all parts, including the instructions for use. For sealed products, the return right only applies to unopened packages. For example, teats cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened. Please note this if the teat package is part of the product package. Depending on the products to be returned, a completed customer return card must be filled in online. We will process your return within 14 days of the return package arriving at our warehouse. Please note that it takes a few days for the return to be shipped. In addition to the processing time, it may take several banking days for the returned money to be transferred and appear in your account, depending on your bank.

The refund will be made to the same payment method that was used when placing the order. Fill in your contact information on the customer return card. Also write the reason for the product return.
